Манцевич Владимир Николаевич
Окончил физический факультет МГУ в 2007 году и аспирантуру
физического факультета МГУ в 2010 году. В 2010 году защитил кандидатскую
диссертацию на тему "Особенности локальной проводимости и спектральной плотности
туннельного тока в полупроводниковых наноструктурах при наличии примесных
состояний". С 2010 года - сотрудник физического факультета МГУ. Кандидат
физико-математических наук, старший научный сотрудник кафедры физики полупроводников.
Научные интересы
Туннельные процессы в полупроводниковых наноструктурах в окрестности зарядовых
локализованых состояний с учетом кулоновских корреляций локализованных электронов
и электрон-фононного взаимодействия.
