Main directions of research activity of the division are:
Teaching
There are two groups of special courses. Those belonging to the first group
cover the fundamentals of the physics of semiconductors. These courses are
compulsory for all students.
The courses belonging to the second group discuss the modern state of
different areas of the physics of semiconductors. Students can choose the
courses which are closest to their scientific interests.
